How We Hire

The group interview process

  1. 1 · Apply

Submit the form below with your materials, or email them to erie.phd@kotcher.org. Rolling review begins Monday, August 17; all applications must be received by Friday, August 28.

  2. 2 · Group session (90 minutes)

Candidates meet together with staff and a Senior Fellow. You'll work a short, shared brand exercise. No trick questions, no unpaid deliverables — nothing produced in the session is used by Kotcher.

  3. 3 · Individual conversation (30 minutes)

A one-on-one about the specific role, schedule, and pay. Questions are job-related and asked of every candidate for that role.

  4. 4 · Offer

Decisions in Early September. Offers are contingent on Form I-9 verification and, where required, background screening.

Group sessions are scheduled in the evenings and on weekends so students and working applicants can attend. Accommodations, including an individual alternative to the group session, are available on request.
